Job summary

Meritus Health Inc. in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Food Farmacy Transportation Coordinator to oversee daily logistics for our nutrition program. You will coordinate delivery routes, enroll patients, maintain records, monitor inventory and ensure safety standards while supporting deliveries to the community.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of operations experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. BLS/CPR certification is required.

As a Food Farmacy Transportation Coordinator, you will oversee the daily logistics that keep our program running smoothly. From coordinating delivery routes and enrolling patients to maintaining food safety standards and supporting deliveries, you'll help ensure that healthy food reaches those who need it most.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily food delivery operations, scheduling, and route planning.

What We're Looking For

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Coursework or demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.

Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience supporting daily operations required.
• Previous transportation, delivery, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.

Certifications & Licensure

• Current BLS (CPR) certification in accordance with organizational policy.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets organizational and legal requirements.
• No moving violations within the past three years preferred.
• Ability to provide a certified driving record every two years.
• Willingness to comply with Meritus Vehicle Management Use and Control policies.
