Qualifications

• Must complete ServSafe certification within 90 days of program completion or placement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operation of a food facility ensuring compliance with Exchange policies and safety standards.
• Participate in structured training to develop operational, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Support customer service by promoting service standards and addressing customer concerns.
• Assist with financial and business operations, including monitoring sales, inventory, cash handling, and expenses.
• Collaborate with Exchange leadership to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability while preparing for a permanent retail management position.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
