Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, NC is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage team member responsible for ensuring timely and appealing plate presentation, serving as the liaison between servers and kitchen staff, and aiding in plating and delivery when needed.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with restocking, and support banquet events across Reynolds properties. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and physical stamina; compensation is $12.00/hour plus 1% of food sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Schedule:

• Food & Beverage operates 6-7 days per week. As needed, Food & Beverage employees must be available for overtime hours.
• Food & Beverage encompasses all meal periods. As needed, Food & Beverage employees must be available for brunches, lunches, & dinner shifts accordingly.
• Food & Beverage operates on all holidays with the exception of Christmas Day and all Food & Beverage employees must be available accordingly.

Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Performs job responsibilities according to the company safety and training programs.
• Communication of any food allergies or dietary restrictions guests have to kitchen staff.
• Reports safety or hazard concerns to management.
• Reports any on the job injury to management.
• Takes personal responsibility for safety every day.
