Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole invites you to join a luxury hospitality team dedicated to delivering extraordinary guest experiences in stunning Wyoming surroundings. You will engage guests with warmth, presentation, and professional service while supporting dining operations and seamless beverage experiences.

This role requires flexibility across shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the use of the resort’s computer systems for sales and checkout processes.

Qualifications

• High School or college degree preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Strong commitment to service.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Affinity for guest service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Provide guests a dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Operate the resort computer system to ring up sales, print checks, and close out readings.

• Offer guestsan enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness..
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
• Utilize the resort's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
