Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are correctly prepared, completed in a timely manner and delivered to guests at proper serving temperatures.
• Must have complete knowledge of restaurant menus and service standards.
• Communicate clearly to kitchen and dining room staff regarding orders.
• Deliver food from kitchen to dining room to expedite service.
• May assume duties of host/hostess, captain or waithelp as needed.
• Follow sequence of service standards and SOPs.
• Keep work area clean and tidy.
• Relieve other positions in the dining room.
