We’re seeking experienced seasonal Food Expeditors (Expos) to play a crucial role in ensuring food quality and presentation before it reaches our guests. If you excel at coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, managing timing, and maintaining a smooth service flow, we’d love to have you on board.
The Food Expeditor (Expo) is responsible for ensuring both sides of the kitchen operate smoothly and efficiently. They manage ticket times, communicate exclusively between cooks and front-of-house staff, and ensure each dish is of high quality, correctly plated, and served together.
This role requires effective communication with back and front of house teams. It is a very active position involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Occasional lifting of items up to 30 pounds may be required.
