Qualifications

• Option 1: Vocational or technical certification and 2 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, equipment maintenance.
• Option 2: 4 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no major convictions in the last 5 years.
• No preventable accidents while operating a commercial vehicle in the last 3 years.
