Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services, Food Equipment in Troy, OH to maintain and repair food equipment across Walmart stores. The role requires diverse trades skills, safety training, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver's license with a clean MVR
• Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in one of the trades, or 7 years' experience in one of these trades
• 1 year's experience using intermediate-level functionality of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Can lift up to 75 lbs
• Can Move up and down ladders frequently
• Comfortable working at heights frequently

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets by using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment) and hand/power tools
• Use the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely
