Job summary

Qualifications
- Trade school or technical education required.
- Hands-on experience with electrical appliances or equipment.
- Minimum 2+ years in administrative, customer service, or service coordination.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor startups, warranty calls, and service requests with accurate asset tracking.
- Coordinate service activities to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Train service partners on equipment and service processes.
- Maintain service documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries, scheduling, and status updates.
