Qualifikationen

• Option 1: Vocational or technical certification and 2 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• License in a related trade in the city and/or state where the job is located.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
• No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.

Aufgaben

• Performs routine preventive maintenance on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs equipment and fixtures; documents signs of wear and tear; determines replacement needs.
• Performs major and minor repairs on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures using multiple craft skills.
• Inspects, operates, and tests equipment to diagnose issues; dismantles machines to access defective parts.
• Uses blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs; uses hand tools, power tools, hoists; responds to emergency calls.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; completes expense vouchers and maintenance logs.
• Orders parts and replacement equipment; tracks orders and submits costs; submits warranty claims.
• Complies with OSHA and EPA regulations; ensures safety and quality standards; participates in on-call rotation.
