Job summary

Qualifications

• Option 1: Vocational or technical certification and 2 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• License in the city/state where the job is located; valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs equipment; documents signs of wear and tear.
• Responds to emergencies; manages work orders and parts inventories.
