Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required. State-specific requirements may apply.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job-required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations and promote belonging in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support ethics and integrity through Open Door Policy.
• Attract and retain talent, collaborate across stakeholders, and drive continuous learning and process improvements.
