Job summary

Walmart in Mineral Wells, TX, is seeking a store leadership professional to drive results and develop a high-performing team. You will supervise hourly associates, coach through training and feedback, and promote a culture of belonging while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include leading store operations, managing budgets, overseeing merchandising, and implementing business initiatives to improve sales and service.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training may be required for facilities that sell firearms.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer needs and issues.
• Drive store profitability by reviewing budgets, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow and implement business initiatives.
• Promote a culture of belonging and uphold Open Door Policy while aligning with Walmart values.
