Wal-Mart Stores Texas, LL in Houston, TX is seeking a store leader to develop teams, teach and listen to associates, and drive store operations using our OBW service model. You will manage daily customer interactions and ensure high standards of service.

The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, inventory, and action plans to hit sales and profit targets while fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attending and completing all job-required trainings and assessments.

• Lead and develop store teams, teach training, and listen to associates to improve operations.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer needs and complaints.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to align with sales and profit goals.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory flow, and store presentations; drive action plans to reduce shrink.
