• Experience supervising multiple direct reports and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and set expectations.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Monitor merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service initiatives to hit sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics; promote inclusivity and a sense of belonging.
