Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training requirements may apply.
• State Pay Differential and regional pay structures may affect compensation.
• Attending and completing required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by training, mentoring, and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure customer service excellence and implement company standards and integrity policies.
