Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Attends and successfully completes all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Supervises and develops associates, mentors and coordinates daily activities.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by training, feedback, and guiding associates.
• Drives store finances by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow and store operations to meet sales and shrink targets.
• Provides customer service leadership, resolving issues and promoting Walmart’s One Best Way service model.
