Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, background check and training requirements.
• Attending and completing job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching, ensuring stores operate effectively.
• Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and associate engagement align with OBW and corporate values.
• Recruit, hire, mentor and develop associates, promoting a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Coordinate and oversee activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and measure progress.
