Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attends and completes all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship.
• Drive operational performance and customer experience in daily store operations.
• Plan workloads, staffing, and priorities to meet business needs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions.
