Job summary

You will document batch data, follow recipes, manage changeovers, perform maintenance, and maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting a positive team culture and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and follow all guidelines and regulations.
• Record production and test data for each batch accurately.
• Follow recipes to produce specified flavor, texture, or color.
• Set up, operate, and tend blending equipment according to formulas.
• Document batch data with accuracy and legibility.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; assist with adjustments and changeovers.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
