Heartland Food Products Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Blending Operator for the Dry Blending process (2nd shift). The role involves setting up and operating blending equipment, following recipes, and ensuring safety, quality, and production KPIs are met.

You will train and support other operators and act as the primary contact for assigned machinery. The position is on-site at the Indianapolis Manufacturing Plant.

Aufgaben

• Promotes safety and follows all safety guidelines in manufacturing.
• Record batch data including ingredients, temperature, test results and cycle times.
• Follow recipes to produce product flavors, textures, and colors.
• Set up, operate and tend equipment for cooking, mixing and processing of ingredients.
• Document batch data with accuracy and neatness; troubleshoot and support changesovers.
