Job summary

Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel is seeking a Buffet Warehouse Worker in Tama, IA. The role involves receiving and inspecting food & beverage shipments, rotating stock, and delivering supplies to F&B venues. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to food safety policies, and support inventory control initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must be 18+, able to obtain a gaming license, and capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission regulations.

Responsibilities

• Check in items upon delivery to ensure orders meet specifications and sign invoices.
• Maintain knowledge of product specs for F&B goods.
• Comply with food safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect shipments for spoilage or damage and refuse unsuitable items.
• Document waste and ensure proper rotation of inventory.
• Deliver supplies to F&B venues as needed.
• Aggregate invoice data for reporting and transfer information between venues.
• Monitor temperatures of freezers and coolers to ensure proper conditions.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized and properly stocked.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reporting.
• Communicate with staff and departments to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Safeguard assets and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
