Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a gaming license.
• Able to read and understand written policies, procedures, labels, etc.
• Must be flexible with shift and days off.
• Ability to handle busy and stressful situations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Clean dinnerware, wares, and kitchen area to established cleanliness standards.
• Sort, scrape, and rack dishes; operate dish machine as directed.
• Pre-soak, wash, and sanitize utensils; distribute clean wares to storage areas.
• Maintain clean pots and pans in designated sinks; ensure proper sanitation.
• Keep dish area clean, safe, and orderly for the next shift.
• Assist other dishwashers and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report wares shortages to supervisor.
