Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites in St. Louis is hiring to uphold the Drury culture of hospitality. You will support the 5:30 p.m. Kickback for guests, help maintain a clean kitchen and lobby, and ensure food safety and stock levels are met. The role focuses on delivering warm, friendly service and memorable experiences for guests and team members.

Qualifications

Knowledge of hotel accommodations and services
Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests
Ability to speak and receive direction in English

Responsibilities

Make our Kickback for guests a positive experience.
Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up.
Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked.
Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality.
Answer guest questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
Provide courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
