Job summary

Drury Hotels in St. Louis seeks a friendly and motivated team member for kitchen and dining duties. Shifts are 4-8pm and/or 4:30-8pm, weekends required.

You will help manage the Kickback hour, keep areas clean, and ensure food safety and stocked supplies while delivering warm, guest-focused service. We offer incentives, flexible scheduling, PTO, hotel discounts and room nights, mentorship and growth, health benefits, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.

• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and stocked supplies.
• Provide courteous, hospitable service and promote the Drury culture.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area and events.

Position starts at $18.26/hour! We are looking for a friendly and motivated team centered individual who would like to work in our kitchen and dining area! Shifts are 4-8pm and/or 4:30-8pm. Weekends needed!

Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” … well, happy for our guests.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
• Answer guest’s questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
