Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in Minnesota to lead daily operations, drive guest experience, and manage a high-energy team on-site. You will train team members, uphold brand standards, and coordinate with store leadership to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
• Lead and hold others accountable
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure Easy, Inspiring and Friendly service.
• Ensure team members are trained and consistently deliver on guest experience commitments.
• Observe, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable while recognizing good moments.
• Review area metrics and drive improvements in sales, engagement and operations.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet department and store goals.
• Lead a guest-focused Food & Beverage team and complete daily standards walks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure fresh, in-stock product.
• Hire and onboard new team members with guidance from leadership.
• Support back-up cashier duties and Drive-Up/Order Pick Up operations.
• Uphold safety and brand standards, collaborating with store leadership.
