Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to provide outstanding guest experiences on the sales floor and lead a team of hourly associates. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, pricing, and promotions while maintaining food safety standards and inventory control.

This full-time role requires ability to lead, train, and motivate staff, coordinate with store leadership, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Benefits and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role delivering guest experience commitments.
• Experience leading a Food & Beverage team preferred.
• Ability to plan daily/weekly workloads to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team trains and delivers on Target’s commitments and operations.
• Observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable.
• Review metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Plan daily tasks to meet department and store sales goals.
• Lead huddles and communicate focuses and trends.
• Develop partnerships with vendors to ensure in-stock conditions.
