Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Leader to drive guest experience, oversee an assigned area and lead a team of hourly associates. You will ensure standards, inventory, pricing and promotions are executed to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

You will coach and develop team members, manage daily workload, and partner with leadership to meet sales goals while upholding Target’s brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy food & beverage area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Train, coach and develop hourly team members.
• Lead daily/weekly workload planning to meet sales goals.
• Maintain fresh, in-stock product and accurate signage and promotions.
• Collaborate with store leadership to optimize performance.
