The pay range per hour is $24.75 - $42.05.

The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent guest experience by maintaining fresh, in-stock, accurately priced, and well-signed products on the sales floor. They are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, leading food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and promotional signing for all Food & Beverage areas.
The role of a Food & Beverage Team Leader offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service, food & beverage fundamentals, department planning, and team leadership. Typical responsibilities include understanding sales goals, managing backroom and sales floor areas, establishing goals and expectations, maintaining food safety standards, delivering service standards, and supporting team development and compliance.
We seek individuals who enjoy interacting with others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible with their work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, and a strong interest in food & beverage business. Previous retail or food experience is preferred but not required.
