Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead a team of hourly associates, uphold guest experience standards, and manage inventory and merchandising to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring safety and quality across the Food & Beverage department. A strong customer focus and ability to work a flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and/or food experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication across multiple devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently and create a friendly environment.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target guest experience commitments and operations.
• Provide feedback, coach, and recognize strong guest moments.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and department goals to drive improvements.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to achieve department and store goals.
• Lead hourly team members, including interviewing, training, and development.
• Collaborate with store leadership to influence performance and workload.
