Job summary

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager in delivering high-quality service while helping control payroll and overhead costs. The role supports sales growth and guest satisfaction across the F&B department.

The position requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage staffing, training, and daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Food and Beverage Manager in maintaining food and beverage costs.
• Maintain attendance and grooming standards as required by Avion Hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient hotel operations.
• Assist in wage progress and productivity reports for the Food and Beverage Department.
• Develop and promote sales efforts for service personnel.
