Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead the team, manage rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces while maintaining Hyatt and Avion Hospitality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with Hyatt systems, and a focus on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel or related experience; supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience managing housekeeping operations, laundry, inventory, purchasing, and labor productivity.
• Familiarity with Hyatt systems, HotSOS, Heat Map, HySat, and Hotel Effectiveness.
• Experience working with third‑party staffing vendors.
• Strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel operational systems.

Mansioni

• Direct daily Housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces meet Hyatt and Avion Hospitality standards.
• Use Hyatt Heat Map and reporting to prioritize room assignments, optimize workflow, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Lead and conduct Hyatt’s 12-Point Room Inspections for cleanliness and quality.
• Oversee VIP room preparation, special requests, daily inspections, and room status accuracy.
• Coordinate with Front Office to prioritize arrivals, early check‑ins, and guest requests.
• Maintain key control, lost and found, guest privacy, safety and security procedures.
• Utilize Hotel Effectiveness to manage staffing, scheduling, labor productivity against goals.
• Monitor productivity standards and labor hours to meet targets.
• Oversee Laundry operations, inventory, and cost controls.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop Housekeeping Supervisors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and Avion policies.
