Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor for a part-time role at DT Hollywood Beach-21317. You will supervise and coach staff, ensuring service meets standards and assisting in F&B operations in the manager's absence.

The position requires at least a high school education and 2 years of shift-leading restaurant/bar experience; alcohol awareness certification is preferred. SHG offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment with comprehensive benefits.

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff.
• Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards.
• Oversee food and beverage operations in absence of the F&B Manager.
• Performs department opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees focus on serving the customer at all times.
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
