Job summary

Hotel Champlain Burlington Curio Collection by Hilton in Burlington, VT is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our full-service restaurant. You will lead the dining room team, ensure guest satisfaction, monitor quality, manage schedules and costs, and partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to drive service excellence.

You will coach staff, monitor operations, and contribute to promotions that boost guest experiences while maintaining a strong focus on cost control and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
• Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality and guest feedback, ensuring high standards.
