Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our full-service restaurant team. You will partner with the F&B Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, supervise staff, and ensure efficient restaurant operations.

The role emphasizes service quality, teamwork, and advocacy for guests. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in hotels with supervisory experience, and strong communication skills to handle guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive hotel experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; multitasking under pressure.
• Ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality and guest feedback to ensure high service standards.
• Foster teamwork and lead staff through open communication.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory.
• Develop promotional ideas and support training to grow the team and sales.
