Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC seeks a Director of Housekeeping for Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection by Hilton. You will lead the housekeeping department, oversee guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and back-of-house operations to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have extensive supervisory experience in hospitality, strong financial acumen, and a passion for service. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hospitality or a related field, or a 2-year college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
• Ability to manage financial information and analyze complex data.

Responsibilities
