Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown. You will supervise the AC Kitchen and AC Lounge, oversee daily F&B operations, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include forecasting, staff scheduling, and collaborating with the Director of Operations to execute seasonal menus and events. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and team development drives success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related hospitality/food and beverage experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of the AC Kitchen and AC Lounge to ensure quality and brand standards.
• Forecast sales/revenue and schedule staff within set budgets.
• Attend BEO meetings to prepare for banquet events and social activations.
• Lead and develop staff; enforce SOPs and safety.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction; manage guest comments and concerns.
