Job summary

Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant outlets, private events and in-room dining. You will join a team focused on delivering outstanding guest service while driving profitability.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment, demonstrate strong leadership, and possess extensive beverage knowledge to grow within our FOH operations. Full-time role with nights, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Thrive in a mid-high volume environment with a passion for guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
• Have previous leadership experience in a professional atmosphere with a positive hands‑on approach to hospitality
• Have progressive career development in various FOH operations and an extensive beverage knowledge

Responsibilities

• Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
• Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
