Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality leadership preferred.
• Strong service mindset with a genuine interest in guest experience.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day service operations across assigned food and beverage outlets.
• Lead by example on the floor during service periods.
• Ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Support staffing needs, including shift coverage, break compliance.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues.
• Partner with managers on service execution.
• Monitor cleanliness and readiness of service areas.
• Support inventory controls and cash handling.
