BARDO Hotels is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for the onsite role at Hotel Bardo Savannah. You will lead, train, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in upscale hospitality, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. This is an onsite position, focused on maintaining the highest cleanliness and service standards for our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in upscale or luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and consistency of the guest experience and room cleanliness by implementing and enforcing housekeeping standards
• Lead and foster a positive and engaging work culture
• Assist in overseeing operations of the Housekeeping department
• Collaborate with other team members and departments
• Handle guest requests, problems, or complaints with poise and efficiency
• Maintain organization within the Housekeeping department
• Respond to guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner
