Job summary

Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, PA is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead operations at one or more F&B locations. You will supervise the team, ensure food safety, manage guest service, and assist with scheduling and training.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure moments while maintaining PA labor law compliance. Prior supervisory experience in food service is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous work experience in food service or restaurant setting.
• 1+ previous supervisory experience a plus
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus
• Must be at least 16 years of age to comply with PA Child Labor Laws
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B team and any other assigned departments.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline.
• Ensure meal and other breaks comply with PA law and company policy.
• Maintain food safety guidelines and alcohol safety practices where applicable.
• Manage inventory, portion control, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance on equipment and supply needs.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues professionally.
