Rail Events Productions' POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage production and service aboard the moving train, coordinating with the Production Food and Beverage Supervisor and local managers. You will serve as on-site contact with vendors, staff and passengers, ensuring quality and timely operations.

The role requires leadership, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, catering and special events.
• Experience with point-of-sales systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a live performance environment under pressure.

(REI) Business ManagerType of position: Non-exempt/HourlyEmployee Classification: SeasonalCompensation: $23.00/hourlyJob Summary:The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for managing all food and beverage production aspects in coordination with the Production Food and Beverage Supervisor, the local Production Manager, and the local Front of House Manager. They will serve as the on-site direct contact and will be responsible for professional communication with third-party vendors, railroad staff, event employees and passengers. The Food and Beverage Supervisor provides leadership and support to their team, coordinates onboard inventory with production staff, ensures quality control of product, and manages daily operations to deliver a seamless passenger experience.
