Job summary

Rail Events Production seeks a Food & Beverage Staff Member for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride in Whippany, NJ. You will work with Front of House and supervisors to deliver food and beverage service as part of a dynamic, seasonal production.

This role offers weekend and evening shifts, meal catering on show days, and employee perks such as complimentary tickets for friends and family.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with state, local and REP food safety regulations and procedures.
• Become familiar with and execute REP food and beverage equipment, timing of production and delivery procedures.
• Assist in general care of food and beverage area, including keeping a clean and orderly space.
• Assist with top of day, during event and end of day prepping and cleaning of food and beverage areas.
• Acquire knowledge of on-board experience, performance highlights, and venue facility.
• Works with the entire event team to maintain a positive, enjoyable, and rewarding environment for all staff and passengers.
• Deliver exceptional teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned
