The Grandview Hotel, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Food & Beverage Supervisor.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food.

Responsibilities

• - Supervise and train food and beverage staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service to our guests
• - Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies
• - Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained
• - Develop and implement new menus and promotions to increase revenue
• - Monitor and maintain food and beverage budgets
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
