The Role:

Crafty's Food & Beverage Supervisor manages a team of Associates to deliver a high quality client experience, centered around hospitality and operations at a client site. They are the main point of contact on the ground for our client, and will be focused on - and have the agency to deliver - the best client experience for their site. There are four main areas of responsibility: client communications, people management, operational execution, and quality assurance.

• Client Communications: Serve as the primary on-site liaison with the client, maintaining strong, professional relationships through consistent, clear communication. Proactively share updates, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to the broader Crafty team as needed.
• People Management: Lead and support a team of Associates by setting expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Ensure team members are properly trained, motivated, and aligned with Crafty’s standards of service.
• Operational Execution : Oversee day-to-day pantry operations, including inventory management, restocking, merchandising, and equipment upkeep (e.g., coffee machines and kegerators). Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, in alignment with client needs and company processes.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on products, equipment, and overall presentation. Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all client-facing and storage areas. Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the client experience.

This full-time, salaried position at Crafty supports one of our Los Angeles clients. While the typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm., hours may fluctuate depending on operational demands or special events. Candidates must meet the skill-based qualifications outlined below.

• Operationally Sound : Ensures that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively by overseeing daily workflows, upholding best practices, and holding the team accountable to Crafty’s operational standards and client expectations.
• Reliable : Shows leadership through accountability, punctuality, and consistency in fulfilling responsibilities. Establishes trust with both the client and team by maintaining high service standards and ensuring team reliability and follow-through.

• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed

Expected Results:

Goal : Deliver a Crafty quality client experience through top-tier on-site operations that ensure all client sites meet and exceed their goals. This approach will support a 95% annual client retention rate (for at least six consecutive months, regardless of the client site) by completing these initiatives:

• Initiative #1: Client relationship ownership Being the primary contact, build strong rapport with the client site owner and maintain on average no more than one escalation a month over a year*.*
• Initiative #2: Team performance : Direct reports consistently achieve at least a 95% shift success and quality control scores.
• Initiative #3: Communication : Create open, transparent lines of client communication through:
• Owning the in-person client contact meeting at least once a month (or frequency based on client needs)
• Responding to all client emails within 24 hours
• Responding to all client slack messages within 24 hours
• Sending informative weekly updates and monthly snapshots every Friday for 9 consecutive months
• Initiative #4: Analytics: Using platform analytics, enhance client site through at least 1 special project per month (It can either be 1 product swap, 1 snack of the month, or 1 special client event) .

Our compensation amount for this role is $75,000 - 80,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
