The Culinary Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Baytown Houston oversees kitchen operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality menus and timely guest service. You will supervise hourly cooks and assist in training, while maintaining cost controls and accurate payroll where applicable.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Culinary Supervisor will have a basic understanding of the kitchen operation within a hotel.
