Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations. You will coach team members, uphold service standards, and coordinate with culinary and restaurant staff to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

The role requires standing for long periods, prior F&B experience, strong organization, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous F&B experience required.
• Ideal applicant should be organized, flexible with schedules (AM/PM/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Coach and direct colleagues; train and interview staff.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and scheduling.

Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located 25 minutes north of the Dallas with 303 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of event space.The 18-story hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, inventory and ordering, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liason between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.
