Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dining service associate for Windrose on Hudson, a Riverside Conference Experience. You will take guest orders, explain menu items, and ensure a seamless dining experience while upholding sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or related experience, and POS experience is preferred. Weekend and holiday availability may be required to support events and peak times.

Competenze

• High school education preferred; or up to one month related experience or training.
• Point of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Mansioni

• Greet guests in the dining room and take all food orders efficiently.
• Explain menu items and ingredients; accommodate requests and note preferences.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct order delivery.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure the dining area is neat and properly set.
• Coordinate with staff from other departments for events and special occasions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; weekend and holiday availability may be required.
