Job summary

The Food & Beverage Server On-Call will work with the Food and Beverage team to provide excellent service to guests of the Golf Club. The role requires a warm, friendly attitude and a professional presence.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, serving beverages and food, checking refills, presenting checks, and maintaining a clean bar and dining area. Prior F&B experience and health/TAM cards are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 3+ years experience in food & beverage service.
• Up-to-date Clark County health card.
• Up-to-date City TAM card.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and inquire about their beverage and food choices.
• Serve beverages and food, checking for refills and accuracy of orders.
• Mix and pour cocktails, beer and wine as required by the service style.
• Clear used dishes and glassware, present the check, and thank guests for dining.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area and assist other servers as needed.

In the afternoon, ask about their transportation.Serve beverages and food, always checking for reorders/refills on beverages.Mix and pour of cocktails, beer and wine.Clear unwanted plates and glassware, present check, and thank the guest for their patronage.Represent the golf club in a professional and friendly manner and exhibit pride in the success of the golf course to guests, staff and any other parties.Present a clean and orderly bar and tables.Complete daily tasks, including wiping bar top, arranging bar stools, shining all stainless, cleaning glassware.
