Job summary

Cabot is seeking a friendly golf shop associate to deliver exceptional guest service, greet and check in players, manage merchandise displays, and ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and attractive throughout shifts.

You will answer phones, coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to enhance the guest experience, process sales, assist with inventory, and support daily operations while presenting a professional, well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications

• High school education or above.
• Experience in the golf industry is important.
• Must possess a high ability to interact with people.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Outgoing personality, personable and well groomed.
• Ability to do multiple tasks promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in golf guests; provide guest service at the shop.
